Contest Dinner At the 2004 Visalia DX Convention

What: Hang out with contesters from around the world and have dinner.

When: Friday April 23, 2004. Doors and cash bar open at 7:00 p.m. Dinner is served at 7:30 p.m.

Where: Located in the Oak and Maple rooms at the Holiday Inn, Visalia, CA

Dinner Cost: $25 This dinner is not part of the DX Convention registration fee.

Fixed Menu: "Chicken Princess", a grilled chicken breast topped with asparagus, shrimp, and a cream-wine sauce. The meal includes: salad, entree, baked potato, steamed veggies, bread, tea/coffee, assorted sherberts for dessert and all taxes and gratuity. Cash bar will remain open during dinner. Tables are set in rounds of 10, no reserved seating.

Payment: CASH at the door. But reservations are still required! If no reservation is made, food will be on an as-available basis.

Reservation Policy: This is our first year trying a cash at the door payment policy. As we must guarantee dinner quantities with the hotel, if you make a reservation but decide not to attend, we need to know by 5PM Friday April 23. Otherwise K6AW and K2KW are out of pocket for the cost of the meal. Thanks for understanding.
